The historical clock is a symbol of Poros. At the expense of the Poriotis MP from Trizinia, Ioannis Char. Papadopoulou in 1927 the historic clock of Poros was built. For this watch the donor also took care of the purchase of an elaborate mechanism for its operation that was made in 1915 in America.

After years and only in 2000 it was decided to overhaul it due to significant damage. In 2015 the clock mechanism was repaired, modified and installed in a glass case on the ground floor of the building to be visible to all visitors.
